I am incredibly saddened by the news of the passing-on of Prof. Turner Timinipre Isoun. He was a fantastic leader, and I will always appreciate the guidance and support he provided to me & the National Information Technology Development Agency, (NITDA).
Prof Isoun was not just a leader, but a mentor, a friend, a pillar of strength, and a source of inspiration.
