The Young Innovators of Nigeria (YIN) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) to establish a strategic collaboration for the co-hosting and joint implementation of the Technology Ecosystem Dialogue (TED).
The agreement, finalized today, marks a significant milestone in efforts to drive innovation, youth empowerment, technology advancement, and sustainable national development across the country.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment between both organizations to build stronger platforms that will empower young innovators, strengthen Nigeria’s tech ecosystem, and create transformative opportunities across communities.
Through this collaboration, YIN and REA aim to foster meaningful dialogue and action around technology-driven solutions that address critical challenges, including energy access, digital inclusion, and youth engagement in the digital economy.
According to a statement from Young Innovators of Nigeria, the organization remains committed to leading conversations and initiatives that shape the future of innovation across Africa.
“The future is collaborative, and this is only the beginning,” the group said.
The Technology Ecosystem Dialogue is expected to serve as a platform for engaging stakeholders across government, private sector, academia, and civil society to accelerate technology adoption and innovation-driven development in Nigeria.
