Gov Okpebholo Appoints Collins Edomaruse as Special Adviser on International Development Partners

Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has appointed Collins Edomaruse as his Special Adviser on International Development Partners.

Edomaruse, a Fellow of the Nigerian Guild of Editors (FNGE), is a veteran journalist with extensive experience in the media industry. He is also the Secretary General and a founding member of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers of Nigeria (GOCOP).

In addition to his leadership roles, Edomaruse is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of METROWATCH. He previously held several senior editorial positions at THISDAY, including Group News Editor, Group Politics Editor, Deputy Editor for the daily and weekend editions, and Editor of the Nation’s Capital/Abuja Bureau.

Widely respected in journalism circles, Edomaruse is popularly referred to as “General” due to his expertise in covering the defence beat.
