NITDA and Google Collaborate to Train MSMEs on Business Operations

The National Information Technology Agency (NITDA),has taken the action to work with Google Nigeria has to launch a Google Hustle Academy Bootcamp.

The aims of the Academy is to provide free online training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote career skills and to also improve business operations in order to support and make a difference in their revenue generation.

The CCIE, Director General/CEO of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa says, the programme would help grow small businesses by increasing revenue, additional investment,and building a standard and stable businesses for the future.

The Head of Brand Reputation, Google Nigeria, Mr. Mojolaoluwa Aderemi-Makinde also says,they are grateful to have taken the action to work with NITDA to empower MSMEs to plan their digital marketing strategies to create business growth and development plans, new markets, access financial opportunities and attain success”.

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is actually the pillar for economic growth development and employment opportunities in any Nations of the world

NITDA has embarked on several skills to teach Nigerians across all fields which is in line with the national agenda for a digital economy – the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy for a Digital Nigeria (NDEPS).

However, NITDA-Google Hustle Academy Bootcamp would enable MSMEs to make large their potentials and key into opportunities for socio-economic development.
