The Board of Omatek Ventures Plc is scheduled to meet on July 25 to review and potentially approve the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the second quarter of 2024.
In a statement to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), Omatek also mentioned that the Board will discuss the current business status of the company during the meeting.
The company has initiated a closed period starting from Monday, July 1, 2024, which will continue until 24 hours after the UFS is filed with the NGX. During this period, all insiders and related persons are prohibited from trading the company’s shares.
