The Nigerian Women in Information Technology (NIWIIT) proudly announces InnovateHer 2025, its 10th National Conference and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place from June 18–19, 2025, at the UBEC Digital Resource Centre, 177 Ahmadu Bello Way, Opp. Next Cash & Carry, Kado, Mabushi, Abuja.
With the timely and powerful theme, “Women and AI: Unlocking Resilience, Fostering Innovation, and Leadership,” this landmark event will bring together trailblazing women leaders, AI innovators, policymakers, educators, and global stakeholders to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence through a gender-inclusive lens.

Driving Access, Skills & Youth Engagement
NIWIIT is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Oracle, granting NIWIIT members exclusive access to the Oracle MyLearn e-learning platform, enabling pre-conference upskilling and access to globally recognized certifications in AI and emerging tech.
In line with its mission to inspire the next generation of tech leaders, NIWIIT’s Robogirls Initiative will run a dynamic AI workshop and competition for secondary school girls, providing early exposure to artificial intelligence, robotics, and innovation.

Additionally, 50 female students in tertiary institutions across Nigeria will be fully sponsored to attend the conference, receive mentorship, and be inducted as members of NIWIIT — advancing a new wave of tech-savvy, empowered young women.
Call for Entries: AI & Innovation Showcase
As part of this year’s program, NIWIIT invites innovators, developers, educators, and tech entrepreneurs to submit proposals for the AI & Innovation Showcase. This is a live, engaging platform for presenting groundbreaking yet teachable projects. Areas of interest include:
Beginner-friendly AI tools
Machine learning applications
Creative AI and generative design
Cybersecurity education tools
AI for social good and inclusion
