Airtel Nigeria, a telecommunication service provider has unveiled their partnership with Itel mobile, a global phone maker to launch the latest affordable 4G smartphone, Itel A60 in order to enable customers have access to 4G smartphones at an affordable price, while enjoying the advantage of a reliable and quick internet connection.
The Director, Corporate Communications and CSR, Airtel Nigeria, Adefemi Adeniran explains that Airtel Nigeria is driven by global sustainability and business agenda of Airtel to increase digital inclusion across Nigeria and the African continent, and they believe that the partnership will help in accelerating their goal as it is focused on migrating customers on 2G and 3G to 4G.
The Marketing Director, Airtel Nigeria, Ismail Adeshina, comments on the new development by stating that they believe in enriching the experience of their customers, and are aware that affordability is a major challenge when it comes to enjoying a 4G service. He explains that the itel A60 is specially packaged with a 5GB data which is accessible once customers purchase and activate their phone with an Airtel 4G SIM.
